Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Our DSPs are carefully selected professionals who serve as mentors, caregivers, and companions. Their role goes far beyond supervision—they actively help individuals learn, grow, and connect with others.

DSP Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety and well-being at all times
  • Support daily routines (meals, hygiene, chores, homework)
  • Provide personal care with respect and compassion
  • Facilitate recreational, educational, and community activities
  • Encourage independence by teaching small daily living skills
  • Foster inclusive, positive environments where individuals feel valued
✨ Every DSP undergoes:
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Behavior management training
  • Mandated reporter training
  • Disability awareness education
  • Ongoing supervision and professional development
